Gen Yodha is currently in beta (Minimum Viable Product) stage.

  • This platform is under active development

  • Features may change, break, or be removed without notice

  • Do NOT enter sensitive personal information (financial data, government IDs, passwords, confidential business information, etc.)

  • Data may be lost or reset during development

  • We cannot guarantee uptime or data preservation at this stage

By using Gen Yodha during beta, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

1. What is Gen Yodha?

Gen Yodha is a professional networking platform designed for early-career professionals (0-7 years experience) to connect, learn, and grow together through peer-to-peer support.

2. Who Can Use Gen Yodha?

  • You must be at least 18 years old

  • You must provide accurate information about yourself

  • You may only have one account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure

3. Your Content

When you post content on Gen Yodha:

  • You retain ownership of your content

  • You grant us permission to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post

  • You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates others' rights

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, bully, or intimidate other users

  • Post spam, scams, or misleading content

  • Impersonate others or create fake profiles

  • Scrape data or use bots without permission

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes

  • Share others' private information without consent

5. Coffee Chats & Messaging

  • Message requests expire after 7 days if not accepted

  • Be respectful in all communications

  • Do not use messaging for spam, sales pitches, or harassment

  • We may limit messaging features to prevent abuse

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms

  • Engage in harmful behavior

  • Are reported multiple times by other users

  • Appear to be fake or fraudulent

You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

7. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. AI-Powered Features

Gen Yodha uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to enhance your experience. AI-powered features include:

  • Journal Action Plans — generating personalized weekly action plans based on your journal entries

  • Resume Import — converting uploaded resume content into professional bullet-point summaries

  • Voice Recording — transforming voice recordings of your work experience into resume-style bullet points

  • AI Matchmaker — suggesting relevant peer connections based on your profile, interests, and activity

By using these features, you acknowledge that:

  • Your inputs (journal entries, resume text, voice transcripts, and relevant profile information) will be processed by Anthropic's Claude AI via their API

  • As of February 2026, Anthropic's commercial API terms state that API data is not used for model training. However, third-party policies may change over time - please refer to Anthropic's current privacy policy at anthropic.com for the latest information

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate — you are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI outputs before saving them to your profile

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content

  • AI features may be modified, improved, or removed as the platform evolves

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

  • We do not guarantee job placements, referrals, or career outcomes

  • We are not responsible for interactions between users

  • We do not verify users' employment claims or credentials

  • Career advice shared by users is their personal opinion, not professional advice

  • AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional career advice

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gen Yodha and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages arising from AI-generated content, loss of data during beta, or interactions with other users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll notify users of significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
