We automatically collect certain information when you use Gen Yodha, including your login activity, the features you use, and your device and browser information.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and operate Gen Yodha, including creating your account, displaying your profile to other users, and enabling you to connect with others.

When you use the Journal feature, your responses are processed by artificial intelligence to generate personalized action plans for you. Your journal entries are completely private and visible only to you. We do not share your journal content with other users, and even our administrators cannot view your journal entries.

We also use your information to send you notifications about activity on your account, to prevent abuse and enforce our community guidelines, and to improve our services.

Who Can See Your Information

Your profile information is visible to other logged-in Gen Yodha users. You control the visibility of your posts, which can be set to public or limited to close friends only. Direct messages are visible only to you and the person you are messaging. Your journal entries and AI-generated action plans are visible only to you.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with advertisers. We do not allow recruiters or employers to access your private information.

We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, specifically Base44, which provides our backend infrastructure. We may share information with our administrators for moderation and to prevent abuse. We may also disclose information if required by law or if necessary to protect the safety of our users.

Data Security

We take the security of your information seriously. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption. We use secure authentication through Google OAuth. We implement row-level security controls that limit what data each user can access. We use rate limiting to prevent abuse and spam.

Your Rights and Choices

You have control over your information on Gen Yodha. You can view and edit your profile information at any time. You can delete your posts, comments, messages, and journal entries. You can control who can send you messages. You can block or mute other users. You can deactivate or permanently delete your account.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete content, it is removed from public view immediately. If you delete your account, your profile is removed from the platform. We may retain certain information for legal or safety purposes as required.

Age Requirements
